The club is a limited liability company owned by private shareholders. To enjoy the benefits of being a member, you must become a shareholding member after reaching a purchase agreement with a member who wants to sell his/her share.

It is also possible to acquire the right to use the facilities without becoming a shareholding owner-member by reaching a share-leasing agreement with a member. The company has a total of 365 owner shares and 100 leased shares.

Shares can be individual or family shares. The latter include the titleholder’s spouse and minor children and have a higher maintenance cost depending on the number of members.

As a limited liability company, the club simply relays information between possible buyers or lessees with possible sellers or lessors by providing a list of data authorised by the parties interested in selling or giving shares for lease to parties interested in buying or leasing them.

The Board of Directors must receive the agreement between the parties, including names, national IDs, share number, and sales agreement that is reached. Once the sales agreement is reached, the Board of Directors, in accordance with the company statutes, has the retrospective right of refusal. Therefore, it must give its approval to incorporate the new member into the official book of shareholders.

Once the sale or lease is formalised, the stipulated payment for facilities use and maintenance must be paid. At that time, the company ID will be given to the new member.

Any change in titleholder must be communicated to the club by the interested parties, including the name, national ID, address, email and the current account information for charging fees to the new user, in accordance with the internal company statues.
